ABOUT
After a career of nearly 40 years in Banking, I decided to set up my own consultancy business in 2021. I have been advising law firms since 1993 and in 2011 I was appointed to a senior leadership role within Clydesdale Bank PLC as UK Head of Professional Services Sector. I have advised on topics such as succession planning, mergers acquisitions and disposals, coping strategies, funding solutions/balance sheet restructuring. In 2008 I achieved an MBA in Legal Practice Management which also gives me credibility when speaking with law firms.
In addition, I am a lay Member on Law Society of Scotland Council, a position I have held for the last 6 years and in December 2020 was re-appointed for a further 3 year term. I also sit on their Nominations Committee. Both these are voluntary positions
